· Successfully completed BA Bachelor Degree of reputable universities or similar fields.
· Experience in the field of Order/Delivery Processes as well as commercial knowledge
· Excellent customer and service orientation
· Active, independent and goal-oriented thinking and working methods coupled with reliability and loyalty
· Very good user knowledge in dealing with SAP SD Module as well as MS Office applications.

· Supporting sales team in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, sales information management and financing.
· Tracking transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative earnings.
· Preparing invoices and related delivery documents.
· Organization of the office organization (post office, storage, office equipment, meeting room management, etc.)
· Ensuring smooth communication by telephone, email, letter and in personal contact for the team to be supervised
· Planning and organization of business travel and travel expenses.
· Execution of special tasks (for example, time management, commission inputs, demo pool management, etc.)
