We are looking for a Customer Relation and Order Management Specialist to take part in Sisecam Headquarters -Glassware Order Management & Sales Ops. EU Retailers Management located in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Deep understanding of ERP, CRM and other reporting tools & softwares (e.g. SAP modules, Salesforce)
  • Have an understanding of emerging technologies in the context of sales and marketing (e.g. CPQ)
  • Experienced in using with CPM (Corporate Performance Management) analytics tool
  • Good command of English
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
  • No restrictions to travel in and abroad


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Controlling, communicating with the customer, revising order details, delivery time plan and back-orders
  • Keeping track on the discount, promotions etc. of each customers group and updates information on the related systems
  • Preparation, deployment, system entries & control of price list, contract, and commercial terms
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material
  • Managing and maintaining sales data through and with sales teams in CRM and other software programs such as Customer Portal
  • Assisting in the roll-out of the customer portal across product groups together with the Sales Ops. Technology and Analytics team. Through overseeing sales funnel; Assisting in coordinating demand planning, forecasting, order fulfillment and allocation related communication across commercial and supply chain functions
  • Creating daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual content for region/coordination office/product management & executive presentations and board reporting
  • Prioritizing product & order allocation between customers through analyzing orders from customers in line with product and channel strategy
