QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Intelligence and Retailer Operation Coordinator– Istanbul

Position Purpose:

· Create collection orders on the behalf of field executives and solve if there is any query about collection activities

· Manage collections efficiently and define new locations for including this process to increase asset productivity

· Manage stock flows in the system between distributors

· Create monthly reports about duplicate, wrong & return stock flows.

· Execute audit process with local audit FSEs for pallet businesses and Analyse the results of audit, define and share key findings actions for improvement of results with teams

· Participate in master data projects to monitor master data against the currently used data in various business processes to identify the gaps, discrepancies and the opportunities to further improve quality of database accuracy

· Engage in Siebel master data quality improvement through analysis and remediation of data quality issues

Accountabilities

1. KPI Management :

· Responsible for Creating reports, analysing the performance regularly, defining appropriate actions and tracking the development of each performance indicator for pallet businesses

2. Audits :

· Execute audit process with local audit FSEs for pallet businesses and Analyse the results of audit, define and share key findings actions for improvement of results with teams

3. Declaration Accuracy Management:

· Track the flows and stoks for pallet regularly, define the high risk customers and work with commercial team to take appropriate actions

4. Ad Hoc Actions:

· Design and execute quarterly focus action plans to develop related KPI and provide communication and tracking these actions with asset team.

5. Database Management:

· Increase data accuracy and make updates on data based on feedback from Field and commercial team

· Working on multiple queries at the same time via phone, email or service request

· Working to deadlines,

· The ability to remain focused when facing time consuming and difficult investigations,

· Managing conflicting internal demands,

· Negotiating outcomes upon findings of investigations and queries with the customer that have a positive effect for both CHEP and the customer.

Qualifications

· A degree in Business Studies, Engineering, or relevant studies

Experience

· Good knowledge of FMCG Supply Chain in Turkey (Retail industry knowledge is necessary)

Skills and Knowledge

· Excel knowledge

· SAP knowledge
