QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably graduated from the relevant departments of Unıversities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in outbound or inbound call center operations
  • Fluent in English
  • Having a language proficiency certificate from an accredited institution or organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in Call center technologies
  • Customer centric and target oriented
  • Patient, helpful and solution oriented
  • Able to work in flexible hours with shift patterns
  • Living in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul(Prefer)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Verbal and written communication with end customers
  • Communicating in accordance with the training given to you and the specified standards
  • Researching the status of customer orders through the software used and informing customers
  • Approaching calls with a solution-oriented and positive perspective
  • Accelerating the actions to be taken by communicating with the operation team at necessary points
