THE POSITION

We are looking for a customer oriented team member for Supply Chain division who is being expected to bring new ideas and solutions to the customer service processes. The successful candidate will be responbilbe for order management, billing management, SAP O2C& MDM key user responsibilities, return process, 3PL management, operational management of commercial channels, reporting. This position, located in Istanbul, is reporting to the Head of Supply Chain (Turkey).

O2C: order to cash

MDM: master data management

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Performs credit limit controls, collaborating with Finance/Controlling. Performs price controls & provisions determined in the system.
  • Responsible from ensuring the shipments are performed with the right product, to the right place, with the right quantity, on time.
  • Responsible from the solutions and/or entry of Customer Invoices. (price difference, discounts,etc.)
  • Sales Related Accrual Management
  • Performs Customer master data creation and revisions needed
  • Responsible from Return Management.
  • Responsible for tender management in cooperation with Commercial department and fulfillment of tender orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service with Good understanding of customer relations, storage/distribution concept preferably in pharma/human/animal health industry or FMCG
  • Advanced understanding of SAP/ERP functionalities related to Supply Chain Management, O2C process
  • Fluency in English & Turkish
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
