QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from related departments of the universities,
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • ERP system experience is an asset,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong and long-term customer relationships,
  • Analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, problem solving, customer orientation skills,
  • Self-motivated, positive, energetic and eager to learn continuously,
  • Experience in labelling & packaging industry is an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • ‘’Order management process” for customers; collecting orders, planning and dispatching,
  • Use an ERP system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders,
  • Handling the communication traffic such as e-mail, telephone etc. with the customers,
  • Providing timely, accurate responses to customers,
  • Coordinating internal processes according to customer expectations (planning, purchasing, logistic),
  • Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal processes and/or third parties,
  • Prepare periodical and statistical reports for management review.
