We are looking for an English speaking Customer Representative to manage customer relations for our business partner, which is one of the leading companies in the textile industry.


Your Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary information to assist customers and solve their problems,

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the right guidance regarding the solution of the problem,

• Improve the customer's information about current services,

• Support the customer in the follow-up or solution of the customer's problem during the call.


Our Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English language

• BPO experience will be considered an advantage

• Experience in MS Office

• Energetic and solution oriented

• Active listener and problem solving ability

• Good Customer relations and service
