  • Fluent English on speaking and writing,
  • Customer representative skills,
  • Has experience in a call center and/or customer representative department in english language,
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging call center environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change,
  • Highly motivated, committed, dynamic, and a team player,
  • Keeping abreast of the competition, its people and products,
  • Self-disciplined, minimum required supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills.


Making daily calls to provided customer leads,

Follow up with customer database and updating CRM records,

Establishing strategies to expand the client base in respective area,

Interact and procure new clients through daily calls to dedicated region for client acquisition, relationship, networking and business development purposes.
