GENEL NİTELİKLER
Kıvanç Group has been operating in the fields of Technical Textile, Occupational Safety, Engineering and Mining since 1984.
We are looking for an "INTERNATIONAL SALES SPECIALIST” to take part in the sales processes of the Yarns and Fabrics we produce in our Antalya factory.
- Undergraduate degrees (Preferably Textile or Industrial Engineering),
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level) to be able to speak and correspond,
- Willing to learn and develop,
- Ability to plan, organize and solve problems
- Prone to teamwork, high verbal and written communication skills,
- No obstacle to travel abroad,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Residing in the European side of Istanbul (preferably close to the company headquarters)
Job Description
- To carry out activities related to sales processes such as Offer, Sample, Order, Shipment,
- Creating and following the necessary records in the ERP (IFS) system,
- To carry out effective communication between customs, logistics, customer and between departments in the company,
- To ensure the organization and coordination of sales, production and shipment,
- Archiving the sales related documents and preparing the necessary reports,
- To work in line with the company's quality-environment-occupational safety policy and objectives.
