- Coordinates efforts of team members to ensure successful project completion by assigning tasks, monitoring work flow, providing constructive feedback, and measuring results.
- Performs editorial reviews to ensure deliverables meet UPS style guidelines.
- Monitor business and process metrics to measure and manage customer service effectiveness.
- Monitors vendor and team progress on assigned tasks to ensure project schedules are maintained
Qualifications
• 4-5 years work experience
• Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications – (especilally in MS Office Excel and Access) • Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology
• No travel restrictions
• B Class Driving License owner and active driver
• Can adapt to dynamic work environment
• Ability and experience to supervise and develop team members
• Experience and knowlegde in international small package operations are preffered
