JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing the reporting functions for Customer Experience team
  • Designing new reports linked with the outsource management and customer experience management
  • Analyzing customer service KPIs and focusing on the progress for figures
  • Communicating with the outsource management and customer experience management due to department’s strategy
  • Monitoring of customer data
