QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ZUBIZU was formed in 2014 within the scope of Dogus Marketing Services, Inc. as Dogus Group’s data-driven marketing and loyalty platform. ZUBIZU was created to provide customer and data-driven marketing and analytics services, cross-marketing and customer experience services to the companies it collaborates with.


In July 2020, due to its new strategic business objectives, ZUBIZU started to conduct its operations under a new partnership and company name, ZUBIZU Bilisim Hizmetleri A.S. ZUBIZU expanded upon the services it provides its users through the partnership between Dogus Technology, a company that provides information technology services, and DGPays, a company with strong experience and knowledge in payment systems and financial Technologies.


ZUBIZU, alongside the services it provides its business partners regarding marketing, consultancy, advertising, organization, event marketing, software and technology, exists to provide personalized experiences to customers that make their lives easier and reward their loyalty.


General Details

  • Good SAS, SPSS or similar modelling tool knowledge
  • Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, MatLab, etc. is plus
  • Knowledge typical customer analysis techniques that include customer segmentation, predictive modeling, querying and reporting tools, metrics reporting
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables; advanced PowerPoint skills)
  • Solid grasp of marketing and sales functions / concepts (i.e. CRM, CVM, campaigns, below-the-line tactics, acquisition, cross / up-sell, retention, etc.)
  • Provide actionable and insightful recommendations from data mining, segmentation, customer profiling and quantitative analyses with the goals of identifying acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell and retention opportunities
  • Analyse & identify churn drivers by interpreting insights from models and customer activities. Drive and build next step actions and strategy
  • Excellent technical and business communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Work Description?

  • Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Perform analyses to understand customer needs, values, behavior transforming those into cross-sell, retention activities
  • Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to drive marketing and merchandising efforts around customer acquisition and conversion
  • Manage the delivery of insightful analysis about customers to other teams
  • Provide cross-functional analysis of customers to develop correlations across customer profiles
  • Provide analysis of all interactions with customers and their impact on the customer experience
  • Serve as the thought leader and expert on customer analysis to provide guidance to other teams on scoping, designing, testing
  • Effectively work with other teams to prioritize analytics initiatives and define actionable recommendations
