QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for highly motivated teammates as Sales Agent for our partner which is in education sector based in the USA and located in Maltepe.
Job Description
- Responds to customer complaints creating a case in the system and directing them to the appropriate area that will provide a prompt solution,
- Monitor the full customer service cycle ensuring receipt and understanding of the customer's responses,
- Help and motivate our students by working in a solid and ethical manner, facilitating the resolution of the different inquiries in first contact by directing them through the correct channel,
- Attract customers in a helpful and friendly manner to the brand,
- Support and orient students to our products and services,
- Generate KPIs to measure the activities carried out in the work team,
- Report each contact with a client in the system immediately after it has concluded.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Ability to take action quickly in time sensitive situations
- Eager to learn and adapt to fast changing working environment
- Basic knowledge and understanding of business English, minimum of B1 intermediate level is required
- Ability to communicate the message clearly through the use of different communication and customer service techniques.
