QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree,
- Min. 2 years of Sales Support, in manufacturing companies,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs,
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills,
- In depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Located in Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli
Responsiblities
- Assuming responsibility for sales related activities and actively supporting teams in the sales fields,
- Managing coordination between Sales and the other internal departments, such as Logistics, R&D, Production,
- Responding to customer demands, orders and samples,
- Take full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back-office processes from customer order receipt to shipment receipt,
- Following customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
- Reporting to Export Sales Manager
