QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an "International Markets Regional Manager " to be employed in our factory equipped with advanced technology in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from University, preferably Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or Medical University with MBA,
- With at least 5 years of International Markets experience, preferably Pharmaceutical Sector or Medical,
- Proficiency in MS Office Set (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access),
- Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking is must, additional languages is an asset,
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills,
- Analytical thinking, result and detail oriented,
- Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills,
- Willingness and potential for learning and development,
- Military Service must be completed for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Setting Annual Sales Targets and Budgeting,
- Follow Up and ensure sales and realisation, Product’s stocks and customer’s demands,
- Prepare periodic Sales Reports,
- Organising Customer visits and conduct market research for marketing activities,
- Track customer’s orders and mediate it between company departments, schedule plan for manufacturing department, follow up of payments, and shipment processes,
- New customer research, establishing and signature of Agreements,
- Close cooperation with Regulatory and Registration department,
- Strong commitment to catch up the deadlines of the assigned tasks.
