- Managing the existing business partners in Europe and Middle East,
- Identifying the growth areas, executing relevant strategies and sales activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction,
- Setting up and developing new business partnerships,
- Following up and managing the whole export process from the order receipt till the delivery of goods in coordination with Production, Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations, Finance and other relevant teams,
- Monitoring and analyzing on market developments, competitor activities, risks and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results and realize the sales targets,
- Travelling abroad for existing and /or new business partner visits and attending international fairs in order to represent the company,
- Monitoring the internal and external progress daily and reporting to the Production Director regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a university,
- Min. 4-5 years export sales and export operations experience in food productions sales,
- Proficiency in English (Arabic as a second or mother tongue is a plus),
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ERP Programmes (preferably Mikro),
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills with all organizational levels,
- Strategical thinking & analytical & negotiation skills,
- Planning & execution & coordination & time management skills.
