QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (CPD) who will be the single point of contact for IFF’s sales force, will effectively operate as the liaison on all issues relating to existing and new flavor business.
The work location is IFF Turkey office in Gebze, Kocaeli.
Responsibilities:
Projects/ Opportunities
- Play an active role in daily project meetings,
- Liaise with account management on project status, acceptance/ refusal and planning,
- Pro-actively assist the creative center management with prioritizing creative flavor projects by informing and influencing the regional sales teams.
Project Management
- Understand briefs and facilitate in creation of a project communication & investment plan in consultation with account management and project team,
- Manage the project team to assure project tasks, meet cost-quality and time parameters,
- Interface with seller and project team/ stakeholders at significant stages of the project, initiate adjustments or changes,
- Act as a bridging force between sales and creation.
Data Integrity/ Reporting
- Ensure correct data on projects in internal systems at all times,
- Make sure that data entry into the system is done in the proper way and instigate corrective action if needed,
- Provide regional management with up to date reports on projects and sales in the house and project status.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Food or Chemical Engineering Department,
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role,
- Fluency in English,
- Excellent computer skills,
- Excellent communications skills,
- Accurate and well organized.
