QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for we are looking Country Sales Manager for our upcoming new office in Turkey.


Qualifications

· Education background in textile or chemical engineering and professional experience in the textile value chain

· 5 – 10 years sales and customer relation management experience

· Deep understanding of sustainability in product, supply chains with a specific focus on textile industry

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple clients

· Acute customer centric, customer success perspective

· Good command of written and verbal communications in both Turkish and English language

· Travel experience (worldwide and regional)

· Experience and respect working across different countries, cultures and languages

· Well organized with finely tuned analytical skills

· Ability to offer knowledgeable advice to management teams

· Ability to exercise good judgement

· Enjoys working in an international and intercultural environment

Major Responsibilities

· Manage and promote the sales system, services and experience in Turkey.

· Acquire new customers and promote the new system.

· Development of the local market in line with the company strategy and individual budget tasks

· Develop and build respectful relationship with leading companies in the textile supply chain

· Guide, coach and actively assist companies to optimize their performance with our team of experts

· Supporting our Technical Service team in providing the services

· Promoting the company at trade shows, conferences, presentations, etc.
