We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Nestlé ProfessionalTeam, who will assist sales operation processes and support decision making with accurate reporting to enable sales team to achieve sales targets
Location: İstanbul
Main Responsibilities;
- Assist sales forecasting process, give necessary direction to stakeholders and build coordination with Planning in order to ensure optimum production
- Prepare reports for distributor stock days, aging stocks, out of stock and support sales operations manager to take necessary actions with related parties.
- Support sales operations manager to define sales targets in coordination with salescom; product allocations and quotas, follow up and support execution
- Calculate sales incentive process, distributor sales bonus
- Drive sales communication of sales reports, price increases, promotions, new product launch/relaunches
- Sales automation system: Operate sales automation system to ensure high utilization from field sales team and updated solutions by the system to ease and support sales related processes
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
- University Degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering)
- 2+ years commercial experience, Previous experience in Sales and supply chain, logistics or demand planning - Understands customers, RTM, channel landscape and the selling process.
