We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist!

What does a Sales Operations Specialist do at Anadolu Efes?

Centralized Management of Sales Technologies:

  • Manage requests from internal client groups regarding Master Data requests, all requests must be completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with others to support Master Data requests.
  • Assure accuracy of all customer, and master data in SAP, Salesforce and Panorama data requests to drive content accuracy and data governance.
  • Collaborate with IT and Account Specialists to process customer label requests.
  • Track new products and code changes with related departments and reflects them Panorama system,
  • Proactively perform audits and correct issues of Master Data to ensure accuracy of all Master Data in SAP, Salesforce and Panorama.
  • Maintain operational excellence through accurate, conscientious transactional execution according to established key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Operate with a solution-oriented mindset with regard to processing improvements; Lead change implementation for extended system improvements or other Master Data projects.
  • Partner with peers to provide solutions, guidance to resolve business-related problems.
  • To follow the customer update requests from the field and to manage the team that performs the process

Support Distributors, Dealers and Sales Team

  • Collaborate with distributors, dealers and field sales team to define the best way of each sales processes to create max efficiency
  • Control and follow-up of information coming from the field of sales points
  • Track and implement distributor/dealer changes and takeover processes in the sales technologies,
  • Implement store takeover processes to track sales historically and correctly in sales technologies,
  • Manage and lead Central Operator of Sales Technologies,
  • Track data integration between Panorama, Salesforce and SAP to create max accuracy,
  • Track sales team's mobile hardware inventory and manage MDM solutions for standardization,
  • Create messages to sales team and stores to inform about the business opportunities,
  • Update store segments according to trade and business rules which are defined with stakeholders like trade marketing, marketing, sales, sales development etc.
  • Train & create guides for Distributors, Dealers and Field Sales Team to show the best & correct way of working,

Support Business Process Implementation and Development Projects

  • Collect and prioritize development needs from stakeholders
  • Experience field sales process, Distributors & Dealers operations and identify development needs,
  • Collaborate with Vendors & IT Department to implement developments according to the business priorities,
  • Support and be part of project teams in Sales Technologies development projects,
  • Implement User Acceptance Tests for sales technologies in test platforms before go-live.

What are the qualifications we look for in a Sales Operations Specialist at Anadolu Efes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Min. 2 years experience preferably in the FMCG sector (incl. Dealers/Distributors),
  • Min 2 years Panorama, SAP and Salesforce SFA System Experience in Sales,
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • No travel restriction.
