We are looking for a "Planning Analyst" for our customer operating in "Energy & Fuel" industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field,
- End-to-end supply chain experience,
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Planning,
- Fluent English is a must, both verbal and written,
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel,
- Good communication and strong analytical abilities.
Job Description
- Managing Demand Consensus meetings with Sales teams which builds to a one-number plan and the integration of the DP process into the entire organization
- Taking responsibility for Demand Planning process in SAP/APO; accurate and timely demand forecast for the respective portfolio,
- Ensuring the forecast accuracy of short and long-term demand volumes; tracking, monitoring and cleaning-up forecast, including reporting at various levels of detail, analysing and cleansing when required; all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality) in different hierarchy
- Running short term and long term production plans for local production plant; deducting capacity constraints, raw material restrictions and demand fluctuations. Preparing monthly capacity plans, providing heads-ups for bottlenecks and ensuring necessary operational actions to be taken.
- Ensuring stock replenishment process for import side; controlling inter unit supply activities and also the 3rd party procurements to support the necessary inventory for sales on time and in full.
- Creating weekly reports to handle alerts to sales team, to build control meetings and mitigation plans.
- Supporting standardization and simplification for all planning processes mainly for SAP integration.
- Ensuring all master data definitions kept in system for on time and in full replenishments. Following-up performance indicators to increase forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency and for maximized service.
