Qualifications

· Having a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering departments of top-tier universities

· 0-5 years of experience at a relevant position, experienced in project management and strategic planning is a plus.

· Good command of English both spoken and written

· Advanced level in MS Office programs

· Strong analytical and planning skills

· Good team player with high communication and coordination skills

· Reside in Anatolian Side preferably (our head office is located in Maltepe)

Job Description

· Assist strategical planning process of the company for short term and long term objectives

· Analyze trends, competitors and market dynamics and derive insights for reaching to business goals

· Plan, organize, and implement projects that are mid-sized and big scale which contribute to the growth of Betek

· Identify areas for improvement for the company, and devise, design, form project teams accordingly

· Involve in project follow-ups and measure desired performance vis a vis the actual performance

· Propose and make amendments in ongoing projects when necessary

· Track status, Opex, Capex of ongoing projects and, create dashboards, and derive estimations and insights for future directions

· Give support to data analysis projects and provide assistance for relevant activities
