Job Responsibilities
• Participate in creation of a strategic plan, carry out strategic plan-related tasks in collaboration with the relevant parties, create strategic performance indicators and follow up the performance.
• Take a role in building up structures that will support the strategy implementation efforts, coordinate the projects.
• Provide support to other units in need of SWOT analysis and strategy planning.
• Carry out tasks for the creation of quality management systems, prepare the necessary documentation, audit, and follow the actions taken in relation to the quality management system.
• Organize the trainings needed by the teams that take an active role in the quality management, support the employees as an internal consultant.
• Keep up to date with the quality management system requirements and take the necessary actions.
• Plan, organize and monitor activities that will ensure efficient work and continuous improvement.
• Take part in the preparation of the internal evaluation report every year, identify the areas that need improvement and take initiatives to support the continuous development of the institution.
• Make preparations within as part of the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Institutional external evaluation guide and coordinate the YÖK external audit.
Job Requirements
• At least 3 years of work experience in quality management and assurance
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in International Relations, European Union, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
• Good understanding of and experience in Project Management; advanced planning, and organizational skills
• Strong management, persuasion, communication, reporting and presentation skills,
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Able to use MS Office programs actively
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
