QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

· B.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,

· Min 2 years work experience,

· Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English,

· Excellent command of MS-Office tools(Especially Access & Excel),

· Experience in Tableau/Power BI or any other data visualization program,

· Some familiarity with SQL coding,

· Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology,

· Experience in data analysis and data mining

· Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities,

· Self-motivated, ready to take initiative, open for development,

· Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships,

· Can adapt to dynamic work environment,

· Has a clear vision of career goals,

· Able to work between at 12:00-21:00 hours

· Able to work as a home office

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Specialist to work at UPS- SCS Business Unit.

· Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.

· Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

· Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

· Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.

· Support operations by distribtuing periodical reports for performance, service and audit for compliance.

· Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training.

· Performs audits to measure compliance on performance, service, measurement, operating plans, and staffing.

· Track and report quality reports and analysis reason of the failures and create action plans accordingly.
