QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration departments of universities,
- Knowledge of financial statements, financial analysis and financial planning,
- Fluent in English,
- Preferably knowledgeable in Power BI.
Job Descriptions:
- Creating critical performance indicators and measuring performance in order to determine and improve the success of long-term strategies established within Nobel İlaç,
- Contributing to the creation and evaluation of the company's strategic plans, following and analyzing the realizations,
- Contributing to the creation of business unit strategies, analyzing and reporting the results,
- Carry out comprehensive feasibility and business plan studies together with the relevant business units for strategic new business opportunities and to submit them to the senior management's opinion and approval for the purpose of project design,
- Prepare potential market assessments in accordance with strategic plans by following national and international developments in the pharmaceutical industry and competitor strategies.
