QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all components required for the campaigns are purchased on his/her responsibility area according to needs and available on time and in full. To manage the new demand of components in case of urgencies (such as tender) in coordination with related stakeholders in country, site & region.
- Analyze the optimum stock levels for the materials in her/his responsibility and to follow up related KPI’s (Delivery Reliability, Inventory and Write-offs, etc.). Also to improve all these KPI’s in order to reach aligned targets through proper gap analysis.
- Steer material demands for supplying of finished goods, make the necessar adjustments and ensure timely changes according to agreed timelines with Scheduler
- Manage export orders in accordance with formulation & filling capacity, raw/pack/bulk material availability. To provide accurate/updated Material Availability Datesfor export orders to SAP and give this information to the related stakeholders (in the country®ion) on time.
- Coordinate creation & maintenance of material master data for bulk & raw materials, export products.
- Resolve issues & complaints with regards to the deliveries in his/her area of responsibility by working with multifunctional teams (Bayer internal & 3rd party external) and also to ensure corrective&preventive actions are taken.
- Work in close cooperation with production, quality, HSE&S, regulatory, sales & marketing and supply chain (country®ion) organizations for ongoing operations as well as change and improvement projects.
WHO YOU ARE
- University Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Chemical) – MBA being an asset
- 4-5 years relevant job experience preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Ability to lead cross-functionally. Strong communication, co-ordination and leadership skills, information management, analytical abilities.
- Good command of English, Turkish is required
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Experience in ERP System (SAP is a plus)
