QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
For IFF Customer Services team in our Gebze site, we are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to support us in servicing our external and internal customers.
This opportunity is a Temporary Position (1 Year Contract). The work location is IFF Turkey office in Gebze, Kocaeli.
Responsibilities;
- Checking order delays and investigate reasons especially for Global and Strategic customers,
- Coordinating RM delays and build process flow between planning & CSR,
- Evaluating forecast volumes and inform planning regarding uptrends and downtrends,
- Coordinating demand increases/business loss with planning for FG products,
- Improvement unadjusted OTP rate and prevent of late open orders,
- EW/NW event report evaluation (Forecast vs. Actual),
- Prepare FG product sales report and follow up with CSD.
Job Requirements;
- Good communication and organizational skills,
- Ability to work on own initiative under minimum supervision as well as part of a team,
- Flexibility and proactivity,
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines,
- Good computer skills, preferably with knowledge of SAP,
- Fluency in English
- Advance knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English,
- Residence in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli.
