QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Engineering departments especially Chemical and Food,
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office,
- Strong Organization,time management skills and conflict resolution skills,
- Strong Project Management Skills, knowledge and experience in implementing TPM/TPR,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Based in or willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli(Our factory located in Gebze)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure production in compliance with Quality and GMP standards by using all resources in an optimum manner in accordance with production plans,
- Coordinate and manage the production teams, connected to it,
- To make daily/weekly/monthly evaluations, to analyze production data, to investigate deviations, to develop solutions,
- Prepare the activity and KPI reports of the department,
- Perform efficiency and process improvement studies, to contribute to TPM studies,
- To have information about Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality systems,
- Ensure that the repair, maintenance and repair processes of the machines used in production are carried out by providing relations with the maintenance and Technical Affairs Directorate,
- Contribute to product design and development actvities and industrialization studies in coordination with the R&D deparment.
