QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Strategy Specialist to join our Strategy team in our company which is located in Tuzla.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering department of universities,

Minimum 1-3 years of strategy, marketing, process flow or corporate performance experience,

• Knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP usage,

Job Description

• Implementing project management methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget and to comply with high quality standards and to meet customer expectations.

• Tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans.

• Contributing to medium and long-term strategic plans and making improvement studies in line with these plans.

• Evaluating and analyzing the market in which the company is located, the trends and competitive advantages in the market and their effects on the company.

• Regularly monitoring the situation and realization of determined targets defined according to the indicators of the company’s KPIs,

• Developing improvement tools and methods related to process management,

• Being responsible for the data modeling and analysis, reporting, realization and comparison studies regarding the studies above.
