  • Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics sector; preferably in related departments (OpEx, Process Development, Logistic Engineering, etc)
  • Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications
  • Have an analytical thinking perspective
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
  • Deal with working at different locations
  • Have an active driving license (Type B)
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Determination of development areas in the operation, field studies, work studies and observations
  • Analysis of e-commerce storage and order preparation processes and determination productivity opportunities
  • Development of tools that support existing and / or new processes
  • Developing training material and helping training when needed
  • Researching innovative, ergonomic and process enhancing operational equipment
  • Conducting studies on continuous improvement and productivity increase studies
  • Researching new technologies that can be used in product acceptance and order preparation processes, making investment analysis
  • Increasing customer satisfaction by providing follow-up and improvement of operation KPIs
  • Detecting the bottlenecks that occur the operation and produce remedial solutions
  • Ensuring that the team works in accordance with the goals
