QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from Statistics or Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering) departments of universities
- At least 3 years of experience in demand planning
- Managed S&OP Processes before
- Has a good command of statistical estimation and analysis methods
- Preferably experienced a tool on statistical estimation and analysis methods
- Have full knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
- Good command of English
- Preferably experienced in using SAP
- Good Excel knowledge, good command of all MS Office programs
- Knowledge of database management, data processing and data analysis
- Having reporting experience and discipline, strong communication skills with sales and marketing teams
- Likes to work with datas, can think analytically and is open to learning
- Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul
- Preferably completed military service for male candidates
Job Description
- Managing the annual sales forecast budgeting and budget revisions processes
- Managing the monthly S&OP process
- Coordinating improvements and studies to increase the accuracy of demand forecasting
- Identifying risks that will affect short-term, medium-term and long-term forecasts and effectively manage the effects on business results
- Ensure coordination between sales ,marketing and planning departments, achieve sales forecast accuracy targets
- Leading digitalization, reporting and process improvement projects
