As Turkey's fastest growing online office supply company Avansas.com, we are looking for an "Demand Planning and Replanishment Executive" with the following qualifications.
We are searching for a talented Demand Planning and Replenishment Executive to ensure our company’s warehousing and logistics operations are managed timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will coordinate all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, replenishment orders to our international and local suppliers and developing forecast models.
Requirements :
- Undergraduate degree, preferably Engineering or Logistics Management
- At least 4 years of experience in supply chain and demand planning,
- Preferably have retail and/or e-commerce experience
- Knowledge in export operations is an asset,
- Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish,
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills,
- Preferably 2-3 years have team management experience,
- High analytical skills,
- Excellent command of MS Office Programs, especially Excel
- SAP knowlegde is an asset,
- Completed military service for male applicants
Responsibilities :
- Preparing monthly inventory forecast & actualization reports,
- Create replenishment orders to suppliers and tally these with supply requests and orders,
- Maintain data relative to demand forecasting including hierarchy, historical data cleansing, demand sensing data and forecast model parameters,
- Leading and training team members,
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management,
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy,
- Inventory and stock availability management,
- Determining minimum and maximum stock levels for the products,
- Maintaining coordination between the marketing and merchandising teams and other departments related to product demandsMonitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns in coordination with Trade Department
