Supply Chain Planner
Commercial Demand Planning, International Operations (IO)

This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey, and directly reports to Commercial Demand Planning IO Senior Director.

The position
As Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for driving coordination with 7 Regions and a large number of markets.
Short Term:
An active member of Affiliate Response Team (ATR), where all supply escalations and requests from regions and countries are handled. Evaluating the risk of each escalation from the Market and/or region, ensure that financial, reputational, and patient risk is identified clearly and reported to management accordingly. Ensuring that all escalations are prioritized based on the risk, and relevant communication is coordinated towards regions, markets, and PS.

  • Support and guide regions for allocation management decisions and Drive communication and coordination with 7 Regions
  • Navigate the diverse system landscape and deliver timely and accurate reports supporting the prioritization
  • Understand & interpret data, identify issues, analyze causes and provide well-reasoned conclusions and solutions

Mid Term:
Create an allocation management protocol by defining clear guidelines for triggering allocation decisions. Identifying the prioritization principles of products, geographies, and customers by aligning with a multifunctional business team. Driving process improvement initiatives with PS S&OE Team and ensuring that relevant alerts are in place to proactively identify potential shortages. Supporting affiliates and regions with Allocation management and prioritization.

  • Responsibility holder and key contact for S&OE in International Operations
  • Responsible to secure allocation management minimizing shortage on the market or patient level
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory level and flagging low/high stock levels risking scrap or stock out.

Profile

Qualifications
You have a relevant academic degree, preferably in MSA in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience within supply chain or inventory management experience in a multinational company. You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background and You have strong analytical skills.

  • Processes optimization, performance tracking, and supply Planning experience or equivalent Capability of strategic thinking and bringing the organization towards the defined goals
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organizational stakeholder management
  • Demand planning/ forecasting experience is a plus
