QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Role & Responsibilities

· Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organization goals based on demand patterns and business trends.

· Develop seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customers’ reactions to the promotions and discounts.

· Work with customers, sales team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.

· Update customers and sales team about product availabilities.

· Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands.

· Schedule and execute weekly forecast meetings with all related sales members as required.

· Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

· Address demand and customs clearance related queries and issues in a timely manner.

· Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

· Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.

· Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans.

· Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and End of Lifecycle (EOL) processes.

· Support Supply Chain department providing required documents, certificates, product specifications, test reports on time and properly.

· Sell-in Plan and Promotion Plan data collection from sales members.

· Registering products’ price, inputting and processing orders in a timely manner.

· Processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Performing data entry tasks for sales and marketing.

· Supporting marketing budget management; budget allocation and marketing plan creation in the system.

· Supplying marketing materials & sample products from headquarter.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in demand planning and/or sales support roles.

· Solid understanding of inventory management, sales principles and customer service practices.

· Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

· Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

· Flexibility and ability to think and react quickly paying strong attention to details.

· Advanced strong written and oral communication skills driving productive dialog with customers, vendors and colleagues.

· Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must.
