QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accurately forecast concepts over the required time horizons for related category
- Communicate risks (upside or downside) or confirmed changes to local and global Supply Chain
- Accurately review and amend concept splits (shades / colour ) for creative execution
- Closely coordinate with campaign planning and category team to find best merchandising options based on category and market trends.
- Provide input by active participation in marketing planning process, brainstorms and brand, category performance evaluations. Indicate plans weaknesses, propose complex solutions with financial evaluation
- Complete root cause analysis and implement learnings.
- Providing market expertise input.
- Improving forecasting and analysis techniques.
Qualifications
- University degree preferable Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Min. 2 years of demand planning work experience
- Forecasting, data analysis, attention to detail, flexible, expertise in role,
- Advanced user of MS Office applications ( Advanced knowledge of Excel as a must),
- Hardworking, eager to learn
- Good communication skills required as significant cross functional team work required both at cluster & regional level
- Strong ability to analysis data and understand weighting data within the category and overall business context for accurate forecasting.
- A candidate with a passion for the beauty industry & demand planning career is preferred
- Fluency in English
