As Turkey's fastest growing online office supply company Avansas.com, we are looking for an "Demand Planning and Replanishment Specialist" with the following qualifications.

We are searching for a talented team member who will be trained in Supply Chain Operations as a Demand Planning and Replenishment Specialist to ensure our company’s warehousing and logistics operations are managed timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will coordinate demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, replenishment orders to our international and local suppliers and developing forecast models.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferablyI Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Economics or Logistics Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and demand planning,
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish,
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills,
  • High analytical skills,
  • MS Office Programs knowledge is an asset,

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly inventory forecast & actualization reports,
  • Create replenishment orders to suppliers and tally these with supply requests and orders,
  • Maintain data relative to demand forecasting including hierarchy, historical data cleansing, demand sensing data and forecast model parameters,
  • Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management,
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy,
  • Inventory and stock availability management,
  • Determining minimum and maximum stock levels for the products,
  • Maintaining coordination between the marketing and merchandising teams and other departments related to product demands
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns in coordination with Trade Department
