QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering etc.
· Minimum 1 years experience in demand planning, inventory management, inventory analysis and Sales & Operations Processes,
· Previous active role in improvement projects is an asset,
· Very good command of English (both written and spoken),
· Proficient in MS Office applications,
· Experience in use of Global ERP systems and creating dynamic reports,
· Experience in use of S&OP and Advanced Planning System Software,
· Strong forecasting and analytical skills are essential,
· For male candidates, military service must have been completed,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Perform demand planning processes for all products working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing,
· Monitor sales forecasting accuracy product/series based, make variance analysis and take action for improvement, if necessary,
· Analyse capacities to supply the demand and optimize long term Demand and Supply Balance,
· Coordinate Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings.
· Improving sales forecasting accuracy for production and inventory optimization and work collaboratively with Production Planning team to increase service level,
· Take active role in continuous improvement projects by examining existing S&OP and Supply Chain processes,
· Active participation in weekly Sales and Production Planning coordination meetings
· Regularly track and report KPIs of Sales & Operations,
· Perform data analysis and dynamic reports with ERP and BI tools,
