We are looking for a “Communication & Retention Specialist” for our business partner operating Real Estate industry with the qualifications below;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field,
- Advanced level of English,
- Highly communicative, prone to teamwork,
- Suitable for a corporate structure,
- A high level of systematic work and follow-up ability,
- Positive and dynamic attitude,
- Strong reporting skills.
Job Description
- Being in contact with Brokers and Real Estate Consultants in the field by making daily calls,
- Organizing activities that will increase the motivation of Brokers and Real Estate Consultants, developing and implementing new ideas,
- Planning the meetings with the cooperating companies,
- Organizing and participating periodically in events and organizations for our Real Estate Consultants,
- Developing retention projects and taking part in joint projects with Europe in certain periods,
