General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area
  • 5 years or more of experience in Corporate Communications
  • Have advanced knowledge of English
  • Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective
  • Able to work with solution and goal oriented

Job Description:

  • Organizing and coordinating corporate strategy and communication activities,
  • Management of communication e-mail addresses, delivery of incoming e-mails to the relevant departments,
  • Management of Corporate Communications e-mail address and making announcements,
  • Carrying out the necessary studies to keep Majorel Turkey Library alive (generating new documents, updating the documents regularly, researching and adding resources),
  • Preparing CEO messages, letters and communication texts,
  • Ensuring coordination between internal departments, Social Media agency and PR/Design agency for the management of social media accounts,
  • Creating and implementing a social media content calendar,
  • Ensuring that the necessary updates are made on the website regularly (adding new news, changing the contact information of the responsible person, adding new location information, etc.),
  • Providing written, verbal and visual content used in internal and external communication by the agency and/or preparing them with our own resources, controlling and coordinating the publication process,
  • Sharing current corporate identity studies and content such as presentations with the relevant teams and ensuring their harmony,
  • Monthly reporting of department budget expenditures to finance,
  • Preparing the necessary reports needed by the department and sharing them with the interests,
  • Keeping meeting notes and distributing them to the relevant people,
  • Supporting the preparations for customer meetings, presentations and location visits,
  • Participating in location visits,
  • Making strategic presentations.
