QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
*We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist.
*Fluent in English verbally & written and ability to communicate is must.

Job Description;
· Managing and leading relationships with internal stake holders as well as digital, social media, content, SEO, digital media planning and purchasing agencies,
· Coordinating with marketing team while creating digital content, guiding them for digital insights and needs,
· Propose and implement successful optimization strategies and solutions based on data.
· Managing daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans for digital marketing and social media communication agenda
· Deep understanding of statistics and the ability to support hypotheses with data.
· Follow up social listening & monitoring tools and plan all kind of communication action
· Tracking consumer needs, expectations, comments, and complaints through social media channels and preparing action plans
· Analyses and measures the results of strategies and feeds back to necessary units for optimization,
· Management of all digital projects & channels (Social Media& Youtube)
· Measure performance of all digital marketing efforts.
· Persona, data and content management, analysis and reporting
· Follow-up of digital marketing panels such as Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Analytics, DV360, Campaign Manager) Facebook Business Manager, DMP (Adobe Data Management) for all kind of reporting and presentation
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from a university, in Communication, Business and Administrative Sciences or Engineering is preferred,
· At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
· Knowledge of market and consumer research, marketing budget and P&L,
· Excellent command of English,
· Knowledge of digital media and data management
· Proactive personality
· Should be a strong team player with positive attitude and a strong motivation for personal development.
· Outstanding communication & digital tool skills (Sprinklr, Google, Adobe, SEO tools etc.)
· Experienced in content writing and advertising
· Advanced abilities in MS Office
