We are expanding our Marketing nation across 24 countries and currently, we are looking for a new team member as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Digital Marketing Strategy

    • Develop and maintain our digital user acquisition efforts, including paid search, paid social, video, display, and retargeting campaigns.
    • Help the digital marketing team build a digital marketing strategy and to set goals/targets to turn digital marketing into a revenue-driving and brand awareness growth force.
    • Drive lead generation through various digital channels, including PPC, Paid/Organic, and content syndication, delivering a high amount of opportunities cost-effectively.
    • Drive Insider’s SEO/SEM strategy globally, increasing high-quality organic traffic in partnership with the content team, outreach team, and our SEO agency.
    • Developing multi-touch marketing programs and campaigns that deliver engaged leads to sales.
    • Ensure continuous improvement of our web site's performance with CRO tactics and onsite personalization initiatives to drive lead generation and demo conversions.
    • Determining and tracking your OKR and KPI performance, including program cost, new targets, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), number of opportunities, and revenue to measure and evaluate the performance.
    • Optimize traffic to increase quality and quantity of leads, working together with other channels such as organic, affiliate, and content marketing.
    • Design and build successful and scalable digital campaigns across all regions in liaison with our content marketing team.
    • Design creative growth strategies and campaign ideas to further establish thought leadership, increase brand awareness and generate incoming leads.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum output.

What we expect from you

    • 2+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing, including Paid Social, PPC, list management, segmentation, and targeting.
    • Experience in ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads Manager etc.
    • Extensively use Google Analytics and similar analytic tools to drive efficiencies in performance.
    • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to think strategically to target different personas with the right messaging.
    • Strong project management skills, self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
    • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth.
    • Genuine curiosity around emerging technologies and marketing trends.
    • Passion to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness across 24 regions.
