QUALIFICATIONS

  • Having a bachelor degree from related departments of reputable universities.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Preferably to have knowledge of German.
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Having analytical and creative thinking ability and problem-solving competence.
  • Having strong Planning, Coordination and Organization skills.
  • Having the ability to be organized, follower, analyze data and strong reporting.
  • Being able to perform work and efficient time management,
  • Searching technical developments, new media channels and developments in the sector.
  • Being able to adapt to the stressful work environment and flexible working hours.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Develops relationships with appropriate digital content producers (influencers) in line with the company's strategic goals. Prepares, managing and reporting the campaign strategy by selecting the digital content producers suitable for the campaign processes.
  • Running, developing and reporting the Monster Ambassador Program project.
  • Prepares brand, product and campaign communication strategies in line with the company's goals.
  • Controls and follows up the marketing budget.
  • Supports the manager in the preparation of the annual marketing budget.
  • Creates and develops the branding strategy and coordinating all the work with the patent office during the trademark registration processes.
  • Carryies out the entire operational process of the Event Agencies, Media Purchasing Agencies and Software companies that the company will work with.
  • Develops strategy and planning for Social Media communication, Conventional Media, Website and product contents.
  • Participates in the events that should be attended in line with the strategic goals of the company, conducting the event operation, guiding, informing and managing the supplier company employees.In addition, researces the activities that will reflect the brand and image of the company correctly and reports them to the manager.
  • With the approval of the manager, the products, services, etc. that must be supplied during the event processes. creating requests and forwarding them to the relevant units and coordinating the process.
  • Planning, managing and reporting appropriate sponsorship agreements in line with the company's strategic goals.
  • Conducting research on product placement (product design, product promotion materials, pricing, etc.), making competitive analysis and reporting to the manager.
  • Prepares and presents the reports of the managed campaigns and events to the manager.
  • Develops campaign ideas, preparing the campaign setup and managing it in coordination with the relevant units in line with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Controls the up-to-date and accuracy of the advertising content in the stores. Prepares a campaign setup for the stores if necessary.
  • Prepares daily/weekly/monthly and annual reports requested by the company management.
