Qualifications:


  • University degree in Business Administration or related field with Marketing major,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail/trade/brand marketing area in retail, fashion or related sector,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills,
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail,
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment within deadlines,
  • Strong time management skill with results-driven attitude,
  • Good at critical thinking,
  • Able to converse and interact with various levels of the organization,
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English,
  • Good in MS Office applications.


Job Description:


  • Implementing effective brand-building and retail marketing strategies to meet internal and external customer expectation,
  • Developing and optimizing marketing calendar/campaigns (collection launches and promotions),
  • Managing all seasonal and project-based shooting calendar and their processes in coordination with the relevant teams,
  • Creating brief with a clear direction, deliver the final assets in a timely manner to ensure all assets are aligned with communication/promotional goal and brand guideline,
  • Preparing store window artworks and in-store communication briefs in line with the brand guidelines related with project concept,
  • Cooperate with Product, Design VM and Operation teams to ensure excellence at all executions,
  • Lead graphic designers’ workflow for efficiency,
  • Affiliating the advertising agency by preparing and conveying the necessary briefs on related issues, giving the right direction about the content, coordinating the relations,
  • Preparing the media plan consisting of channels such as magazines, newspapers, open air in line with the approved marketing budget,
  • Analyze campaign KPIs and suggest action where needed,
  • Track and manage all invoices and necessary marketing budget lines,
  • Managing sponsorship relations,
  • Analyzing sector, competition and market trends.
