QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

· Successfully completed bachelor and preferably master's degree/ MBA or an equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a relevant professional experience (preferably digital marketing & brand management)

· Extensive experience in overseeing and managing brand & digital KPIs

· Experience working with designers, creative agencies, media agencies, cross-functional teams and other 3rd party companies

· Excellent analytical and project management skills

· Strong communication skills and experience in working with senior management

· Entrepreneurial mindset and interested in digitalization and innovation

· Good understanding of digital and e-commerce first business management.

Job Description:

· Develop brand strategy in line with core brand purpose and customer insights

· Develop communication strategies for our value services and sub-brands

· Develop marketing activities including promotions, events and activities.

· Lead the development of 360 brand communication campaigns
· Manage marketing budget, KPI forecasts, and oversee performance reporting and analyses to turn performance insights to action

· Analyzing all marketing data such as Traffic, CRM, SEO, Adwords, E-mailing and providing strategic support for marketing investments in categories to increase CR and optimize digital marketing planning to achieve targeted level,

· Develop creative briefs and guides to lead creatives and production teams in line with business objectives

· Plan & deliver a smooth production process satisfying tight deadlines for weekly/monthly/seasonal marketing initiatives

· Lead the launch of the new products/brands/ideas and supporting innovation in a continuously growing environment

· Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret benchmark data, category trends and recommend actions

· Build strong relations with Product and CRM teams and brand teams ( local & regional)

· Analyse digital trends, consumer behaviour and competition to generate fresh & innovative ideas to ignite growth for the brands.
