QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for our developing organisation in the dermatology and dermo-cosmetics.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand development and execution experience
- Customer oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skills,
- Analytical thinker and attentive to details,
- Strong adaptation, collaboration skills and ability to take initiative,
- Able to set vision and strategy and drive for results,
- Excellent communication skills in English, French is a plus
- No military obligation for male candidates,
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of the brand by driving new product launches and pushing growth on baseline through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence
- Prepare and follow marketing plans by using all sales and marketing tools,
- Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels,
- Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities and ensure their execution,
- Maintain contact with key account customers to follow up and keep informed on the needs of the sales force,
- Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis,
- Update business and product knowledge by analyzing product files and marketing materials and following related text, journal articles and technical documents.
