We are looking for an Istanbul based Assistant Brand Manager who will be reporting directly to Marketing Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Min. 2 years of brand management experience in FMCG companies,
• Strong analytical and planning skills,
• Strong presentation and organizational skills,
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills,
• High level of energy and self-motivation with an inspiring personality,
• Good interpersonal relationship skills,
• The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
• Team player, flexible and result oriented,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develops and executes brand marketing plan across all elements of the marketing mix (product development, packaging, pricing, communication development, promotions),
• Coordinates preparation of market analysis, consumer research and monitor competitive activity to define brand issues and market opportunities,
• Develops and manages promotional activities for the brand in accordance with the agreed strategy and budget in order to support sales at reasonable cost to the company,
• Performs sales and consumer KPIs monitoring and follow up, from getting data to defining so what/action plan,
• Coordinates projects (product development, production planning, trade activities, etc.) with internal and external resources (advertising agencies, research agencies, R&D team, production planning and sales team) to achieve result.
