In our growing organization, for our central office located at Istanbul-Asia, We are looking for a collaborative, agile and resilient “Assistant Brand Manager” who will assist certain brands.


QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In our growing organization, for our central office located at Istanbul-Asia, We are looking for a collaborative, agile and resilient “Assistant Brand Manager” who will assist certain brands.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate is required to have Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in related faculties;
  • Longterm internship or work experience of brand management career 1-1,5 year;
  • Having an experience in Cosmetics, e commerce, retail is preferable
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel);
  • Good reporting skills backed by strong analytical capabilities;
  • Having an experience in marketing budget planning, implementing and controlling is preferable;
  • Demonstrating a resilient attitude and a sense of enthusiasm;
  • Having a desire to achieve targets;
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, Military service should be completed for male candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting short and long term brand strategies and plans,
  • Coordinating ATL and BTL activities,
  • Being responsible for the design and management of 360-degree end-to-end marketing strategy,
  • Collaboratig with Sales teams to drive successful execution of marketing strategy,
  • Developing and sourcing promotional materials,
  • Design PR and blogger events & sponsorships and other BTL activities with agencies,
  • Managing brand building activities through promotions, competitive analysis and media plans,
  • Developing, managing and executing product launch activities,
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activities
