· University degree
· At least 2 year of work experience in marketing (preferably in the FMCG sector)
· Ability to understand consumer, trends, market insights and customer to develop creative and innovative solutions
· Strong time management skills, ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong communication and project management skills to manage different internal and external stake-holders
· Detail oriented and organized with excellence in execution principle
· Agile, self-driven and hands on attitude under fast paced work environment
· Strategic and analytical thinking balanced with creativity
· Excellent command of MS Office applications (excellence, Excel, Power Point, SAP is advantage)
· Familiarity with Nielsen Tools is an advantage
· Digital savvy, curious and eager to learn

· Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Support development, implementation, and execution of annual strategic and operating plans
· Work closely with the project and commercial teams to drive category growth through strategic and tactical projects under tight deadlines
· Lead renovation & innovation projects from concepts to shelves
· Support and execute 360 brand plans including launches, relaunches and consumer promotion campaigns
· Support marketing team to manage agencies from briefing to best in class execution
· Support consumer insight projects & provide monthly Nielsen analysis to the team
· Provide accurate and clear data analyses from different sources for strategic reports
· Prepare presentations for 1 year marketing plans, 360 communications plans and business reviews
· Manage digital plans & social media accounts with digital agency and improve digital KPIs
· Support e-commerce team for channel growth digital marketing plans
· Conduct smooth purchasing process with following up PO, invoicing and payments
· Make monthly reconciliations with Finance about Marketing budget reports
· Actively monitor and analyse markets ,competitors, consumer activities and trends
