Being a part of the Little Caesars team, which always works hard to offer the best;We are looking for a "Brand and Communication Unit Manager" to work in the Marketing Department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated from related departments of universities, preferably with a master's degree in marketing,
· Have a very good command of English language,
· Have product/brand management experience in the FMCG sector,
· Took an active role in the creation of the brand strategy in line with the company's strategies, brand positioning, launch, ATL and BTL brand communication activities,
· Experience in online and offline media buying,
· Experienced in budget management and reporting,
· Knowing the management of creative agency, digital agency, media buying agency, and made projects with these agencies in brand positioning and launch processes,
· Being able to follow the competitor benchmark and continuously feed the brand,
· Have effective communication, relationship management and representation skills,
· Having the ability to think strategically and analytically, giving importance to details,
· Developed planning, organization and coordination skills,
· Have effective presentation and reporting skills,
· It will add value to the brand with its strategic, innovative and long-term perspective.
· Will be able to make necessary product, service and process improvements to increase customer experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Establishing long-term brand and communication strategies in line with company goals,
· Planning periodic campaigns for different products for customers,
· Execution of customer communication activities, creation of marketing plans to be carried out through traditional and digital channels,
· Execution of analytical marketing activities for cross-selling, new customer acquisition and customer retention,
· Coordinating brand positioning and communication efforts in line with the brand's strategies, ensuring brand consistency,
· Consistent implementation of brand management processes in new product launches,
· Analyzing the results of brand and marketing research and creating an action plan for areas open to improvement,
· Coordinating ATL, BTL creative agencies to take actions in line with their brand strategies,
· Creating a media buying strategy in line with brand strategies and budget, monitoring media buying and reporting processes,
· Identifying opportunities and differentiation areas for the brand in line with competitive analysis and marketing strategies,
· Follow-up, control and reporting of monthly and annual brand communication budgets within the framework of brand management and marketing communication,
· Taking an active role in new outputs and projects related to brand communication by working in coordination with the Customer Experience and CRM teams,
· Managing online and offline brand events and organizations,
· Taking part in joint projects with internal departments in the active announcement of internal communication activities,
· Identifying, projecting and implementing strategic brand partnership opportunities
· Identification of new report needs and project development jointly with business units,
· Researching and analyzing data from various sources, generating actionable results and facilitating business solutions,
· Taking responsibility for instant and regular analysis needs, starting, maintaining and following the work,
· Preparation of regular reports and presentations to be submitted to the Senior Management.
