TAV Operation Services is operating in airport and travel hospitality industry.Being part of the world’s biggest airport operator group ,the company is leading operations in more than 19 countries.Our unique model and service driven value proposition put us on the forefront in a large scale global ecosystem.We are currently searching for a " Marketing Communications Manager" to manage our corporate communication agenda of a worldwide operation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, marketing, communications and public relations
  • Min +7 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in multinational business area
  • Full proficiency in English ,French is a plus
  • At least 2-3 years of people management experience


Skills & Experience :

  • Comprehensive business understanding of topics ,process and structures
  • Stakeholder management: work cross-functionally with a wide range of internal and external partners including press and key opinion leaders
  • Strong planning, budget management and project management skills, aligning with procurement and contract processes.
  • Experience of managing the performance and development of team members, inspiring success, and creating an inclusive environment.
  • Solid experience of using digital channels and social media strategies for PR purposes

More about the role :

  • Preparation and executions of marketing communication plans in line with product go-to-market strategy
  • Track regularly and share findings on global and local market trends, commercial & journey related insights to determine customer needs
  • Analyze competitors products & services , marketing campaigns and results, communicate competitive threats and opportunities
  • Monitor the performance metrics of each campaign and find new improvement areas
  • Manage target audience by providing A/B testing to increase the acception rate of each marketing campaign & communication
  • Design marketing activities and campaigns by considering best possible customer experience in 19 countries
